Yes l can explain why...PT is letting these next 2 notes convert in my opinion to let family and friends of the joint venture grab some cheap, cheap shares. People who keep thier ears on the ground often hear rumors that company X is interested in company Ya so don't give me the blah, blah, blah because it happens and we all know it....so you may want to grab some cheapies before its too late. Then you too can join the selected in a very happy so happy dance....
