You might need to click something or just change the View potentially, I saw it on my phone before too.

My bad, I just checked again and kind of answered my own question….looks like reward rates must increase steadily over time up to the next epoch, because now the top three rates for next Epoch are as follows:
0.133
0.107
0.096
Reward per 100 SGB for reward epoch #10.

Much higher than the .03 top spot reward rate I saw last night before bed.
