He probably believes the bottom is in and he's loaded his boat... I'm sure his tune will change once he gets a nickel flip.

I'm thinking many folks are on the sideline waiting for the end of the year to see how low the it will go, but Dud feels the pps won't go much lower than it has.

It's kind of interesting to me, it seems like with all the selling that the mm's are holding the share price at these levels.
