He’s been exhibiting progressing signs of frontotemporal dementia for a while now, the only thing on his mind is the Benny Hill theme music.

Look at his gait, the way he protrudes his upper half forward when standing, classic symptom, as well as his inability to walk right. Watch video of him, left foot goes forward while the right foot swings out and into place. It’s the brain compensating for balance issues associated with FTD. Never mind the 2 handed drinking.....
