FYI- Can't have R/S without SEC approval...lmfao. If SEC cared about preventing scams and protecting the common shareholder, they would not approve scammy filings designed solely to abuse the public market system for cash raises while burning investors. All I'm saying is, don't count on the SEC they are crooked AF just like everyone else.

We all know we are trading in the cesspool of public markets and crooked AF events are "highly likely". Anyone worried about scams and shady CEOs should not be here in OTC.

My opinions are my own and are not a suggestion to buy or sell stocks. Always do your own homework.
