The question then is why would a 20+ hospital conglomerate even consider signing on for using Hydrolyte unless it proved effective for their purposes?
I really can't believe you are alleging that HOCL is suddenly of no use for hospitals these days. HOCL's effectiveness is well established many times over.
The stage of the deal is a whole different topic to the question at hand here. And that being said, I am pretty sure the deal is going to happen from the sounds of things. We have a new mindset at PCTL and I don't think they would have said anything about it unless it is going to happen.
