Don't Do It... this Mr. Mackey never contacted or gave guidence to the shareholders in the 14 years or so .... and now of all a sudden Mr. Mackey NEEDS and WANTS the shareholders help for this 400 to 1 shares reversal... THE REVERSAL IS NOT GOING TO MAKE PDMI ANY MORE ATTRACTIVE OR WORTH MORE TO ANYONE INTERESTED ... in a reverse merger/takeover...it only means that your shares will go back to .0001 soon again... and you will lose 399 of your shares..... EVERYONE HOLDOUT YOUR POSITION UNTIL MACKEY DOES HIS JOB and BRINGS PDMI BACK To THE OTC PINK SHEETS OR FINDS a reverse merger or makes PDMI a real company... tHIS SHAKEUP that the OTC implemented was a good idea for me/you and all shareholders so that the Mackeys of the penny shareholders and companies could not hide and scheme shareholders out of their money.....I hold over a hundred million shares....
