I do not pretend to be an expert but I suspect that: 'subject to the Company meeting certain customary conditions' most likely includes having filed financials.

In any case, this remains one of my best most solid investment (enen with a 2 years horizon) and I intend to wait for this stock to be both on TSX and NASDAQ so institutional investors with much longer bhorizons get involved seriously.

Let's be patient and enjoy the ride.
