I'm on eTrade Pro and have been trading MSTO for months. There has never been more than 10 million on either the bid or the ask that I've seen. In the past weeks as it has been dropping, haven't seen more than a few million on the bid or ask. Currently less than 2 million on the ask. So that 100x thing does not apply, it's simply incorrect. It might apply if the bid or ask is only 1000-5000, then x100 is 1 mil - 5 mil.
