Oh trust me Nader benefits handsomely and is in on the deal too. The worthless paper sold pays his exorbitant salary, expenses, and benefits. I'm sure in the early pump days the insiders sold stock directly too via form 4.

Basically everyone is in on the game EXCEPT those on the retail level doing the full price open market buying from entities receiving guaranteed profit discounted shares.

If $CYDY was a worthy company it wouldn't be using regulation D to finance operations, it's now stale S-3 share registration would have been approved by the SEC. But, since the SEC, DOJ, and FDA are now all involved I doubt the S-3 shelf offering will be approved.

Therefore $CYDY must use the "loopholes" in the system such as using regulation D and by extension the toxic finance firms use rule 144 (adds time risk) to sell stock.

Not "daft" at all and business as usual for OTC level companies. It's simply using the tools and rules to scam the penny stock buying public. All 100% legal thus why the OTC is "Caveat Emptor" in the eyes of the SEC.

My streak of calling the 52 week lows took a breather, but keep exposing the truth I love watching the drama.
