If you read the abstract, and a prior journal paper published July 20 (linked below), the actual rate of myocarditis is 12.6 per million second doses. Symptoms typically clear in 2 1/2 weeks. Some 300+ have been hospitalized but 96% discharged in a few days. No deaths were noted. The conclusion was that the benefit of vaccination vastly outweighed the risks.
