One problem with the 8K it includes the company manipulation of the p-values to make them look better. It was one of the issues identified in the FDA Statement. It is also why the SEC and the DOJ are investigating the company for Stock Fraud.

Here's the explanation of the manipulation:
p-value is from logistic model adjusted for stratification factor and age based on non-missing observed data.
