The EXPL representative even contacts FBAR on a regular basis to misconstrue SFRX performance and uses the SFRX board against the company by reporting our opinions to FBAR.

Does Kyle approve of such absurd comments, or does he direct them to be posted?

BTW, I know how the state can be “bypassed” as it relates to Melbourne.

It’s a bit of a long shot, but if SFRX had a legal team worth anything they would have already figured it out.

Also, EXPL has no interest in the shallow water, state controlled projects that SFRX has been focused on for the past 14 years. SFRX can have everything in any States waters. The results speak for themselves. EXPL could care less as they have multiple projects they already have rights to, planned for next year.
