First I hope we are just having a discussion, I never trash or cut anyone one down period so please don't take anything I say the wrong way. I'm trying to figure this out also. My point was the exacts same thing that you just post. Restricted have to be sold to become worth anything, when they are sold they become common shares (Dilution). what good will PQEFF be to any of us if its diluted to the point that its worth 2-3 cents?

I'll sell my shares for .59 unless the company shows how it'll be worth that much by Jan. Maybe it works maybe it don't time will tell.
