CYTODYN has nominal ( basically no)revenue. Just spiffballing here, but me thinks a few of the companies cited have products they can sell and generate revenue and have no material value in comparison to Cydy.


Any of those companies desperately discounting shares for immediate sale to keep from going BK?
Doubling down on ludicrous. LMAO!

Besides, it’s not only the number of shares, it is the fact that “cash” is provided by insiders who pay below market for shares and immediately sell them. This adds to the outstanding shares, but also drives the price down because some buyers are getting shares cheaper than others…

If the shares are trading at $1.30 in the market, someone who pays $1.00 can sell at $1.25 and make 25% in a day and get out quick.

Naders insiders do not want to own a piece of this company for more than a minute…they “ are just passing through “ on way to huge profits.
