OPTI investors should understand that even if Roger Pawson were to give up control to somebody else that, that does not absolve Optec International from the fraud and theft that has been committed. In the eyes of the law a company is treated the same as a person. Optec International was part of all that theft and fraud and would also be held liable for it.

It would not surprise me at all to see an SEC suspension in the near future. This is after all a very obvious scam as all the posted evidence shows.
