Cash raise at 1.10$ with Warts restricted. Obvious. Its a Private placement to accredited investors.

Swap of a Fife, I assume, note foe 2 million$$$ common. That was registered by my memory. I believe that is free trading.

Cash raise at 1$ with Warts. Again to accredited investors.
