ISN’T IT BETTER NOW WE KNOW WHAT SEC WANTS!!
It is not like before anyone has to worry if Form 10 will be denied. SEC told GS about missing preferred shares and we know that is the only comment by SEC. And all GS has to do is take care this with Nevada SOS and resubmit the Form 10 back

A: Probably the NVSOS stuff won't be very difficult.
Now if GS files the Form 10 early in December it can become effective within 10 days after the filing. There are lots of examples in SEC data base and I am very comfortable with my knowledge and that is the only thing I have been doing past 60 days in this board. Everyone has their expertise area they feel comfortable with and for me this is the area. Don’t let them tell you after filing it will be another 60 days. NUVI didn’t take 60 days after resubmit and there are many more. GS doesn’t even have to file for acceleration, it is not needed.
