If I remember correctly I believe CD12 was somewhere around 82% efficacious for the first 14 days then dissipated because they were only allowed two doses and it was a 28 day trial. The following weeks it dropped to 50% and then 30% (my numbers may be off some).

But if the trial would have allowed 4 doses, what would that look like? Would the primary endpoints have been met? Everyone can speculate and propose their own theories.
However, given the research and published data that continues to come out about CCR-5 and what this molecule can do, I’m highly confident the trial in Brazil is going to be a grand slam in the World Series. Time will tell.

I plan to continue to buy as much as I can with prices this low. My children, grand children and someday great grandchildren will have a comfortable life.
