The stockholders voted to amend the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation to increase the total number of authorized shares of common stock from 800,000,000 to 1,000,000,000.

There were four times as many shareholders who voted FOR the increase in shares when compared to the 13D numbnuts who voted against it. Not even close!!!

Well, there's one thing you can say about the failed 13D gang of miscreants - when they fail, they fail in a BIG way. Just goes to show you how flawed their logic was. I heard some of them went so far as to foolishly throw their money into IncellDX. That's like betting on the last horse in the race, and then doubling down on it. I wonder if Brucey will throw in a free turkey to go with the crow.
