I could pay it off now, but choosing not too. I have a big chunk in crypto that I plan on selling at top of bullrun.
Hopefully thats next month lol.

I dont even want a mortgage, I plan on buying a house with cash after this trifects and crypto plays.

And have a nice chunk put away for retirement.

Im only months away from financial freedom.
I will still work beings Im only 53 with a 7 and 10 year old lol

I like working honestly, Im a contractor, I come and go as I please , no one to answer too.
Just the way I like it lol
