In order to uplist to OTCQB, sp has to have been above 0.01 for 30 days prior to applying (which VNUE already did), and above 0.01 at least one day in a 30 day period afterwards. Even if we occasionally dip under 0.01 if we come back to 0.01 like today we will still be eligible for OTCQB. The combination of StageIt and institutional investors from OTCQB could get us to above 0.05 pretty quickly, considering how insane all the tech IPO valuations have been recently. Pretty excited for the end of this winter.
