definitely relevant information since it is a potential "conflict of interest". not listed as a snpw subsidiary and certainly a "competitive" entity. pyrolysis services mention on the company website.

here's a quick look a company named "msw recycler" incorporated in June 2019. the links below will provide you with all you need to know and decide if this is what you want the ceo of public company you're investing in doing. a conflict of interest at least. competitive company set up to compete with parent company subsidiary medrecycler. msw recycler has taken on a facility address in choctaw, mississippi and using the same mailing address as snpw and it's subsidiary medrecycler. this msw recycler inc entity has recently applied for a tax exempt bond in mississippi.

i bring this to everyone's attention because the tweets mention nothing about this business start up obviously tied to the ceo at snpw. maybe someone can ask a few questions about the ceo's interest in this company, its mississippi facility and 85 mil tax exempt bond application for waste process recycling.

p.s. i'm trying my best to get that conference call set up promised last winter. maybe this will provide an opportunity to arrange a call for some q & a.

i'm also looking forward to receiving the award for the tour of the next waste processing recycling facility. not sure if it qualifies since it's not a new snpw/medrecycler facility?

i'm not a big "tic tok" guy to avoid alarming anyone. but, more to follow unless everyone is ok with this due diligence. otherwise i'll just ask the company about this commonly-owned entity on twitter.
