The digital payments firm has 25.2 million warrants eventually exercised with the stock topping $11.50, though these shares will collect ~$290 million in cash to offset any dilution. The company has another 30 million shares part of the earn-out shares, but the stock has to trade above $15 and $17 for these shares to be paid out.

Payoneer hasn't updated guidance for 2022, but the company did provide a previous estimate of $540 million for next year. With a long-term goal of 20% revenue growth and 20% adjusted EBITDA, the fintech is a cheap stock at the current price.
