great day to sell the news. it's heading straight back sub penny because there's not enough real information to accurately price this stock. what did they settle the debt in exchange for? equity? no details about any of that. where's the disclosure about the revenues about the companies they are acquiring and the reasoning behind the $400m+ in valuations of those companies? so many unknowns about this company and little transparency.
