Based on that tweet, the system is not fully up and running?? Best I can assess and assume from it. Would explain the eroding confidence and commitments by today's sell off. Given the time period expended, we're looking at a piece meal protracted time line into next year? Corporate needs to provide transparency and communications on current status, and ongoing directions IMO. They've also delayed that update with a ridiculously nebulous sound bite.
