What the heck is going on here?.....Any thoughts?

Corporate Universe completed the acquisition of Carbon Ion on November 12, 2021 and as a result of the combination of the two companies there was a change in management (particularly an overhaul of the Board of Directors). The SEC requires that any such change in the BOD be delayed until shareholders can be notified (until 10 days after a notification is sent to shareholders).

Until now, COUV was a shell company (a company with no revenue producing products or services) that was recently set up as a vessel to contain the assets of Zap-Go which included patents for new Battery and Super capacitor technologies which could potentially revolutionize the electric vehicle industry. Those patents have now been transferred to COUV and the new management has been put in place to bring these new technologies to market.
