There are lots of example in SEC Edgar data base. What lots of people don’t realize is request for withdrawal is a request from SEC to do an amendment to original registrant of security. So once 60 days grace period is completed with original Form 10 even after withdrawal and resubmission it will be much quicker as we are seeing 12-15 days range for SEC completing reviews.
