Yea, timeline with MDT and Titan are exactly the same as MDT and Titan … LOL EXCEPT FOR ONE HUGE DIFFERENCE

Mazor got FDA Clearance for Spine Assist in 2004, it’s first robotic platform 12 yrs before it’s next generation system Renaissance which got its FDA Clearance in 2016. All this happened BEFORE MDT took a 15% stake in the company. Titan is far from this stage so the comparison to Mazor is apples and oranges.

Could MDT take a stake in Titan… yes. But it’s by far a given and McNally is not in the drivers seat … he is in the last seat in a bus as far as leverage.

My point has always been if MDT
does not take a stake in Titan after Milestone 4 this company is dead for all longs, including newbies like you as the PPS will plunge and the dilution will be massive.

McNally’s desperate letter posted on the titan website after 2 year delay and him seeming surprised the PPS was cut in hardly makes it seem like he had a deal in his back pocket or their would’ve been no need for that letter.
