Subsequent to September 30, 2021, the Company was able to advance several of its solar pv and battery storage
projects as more completely described in Note 3.
As described in Notes 6 and 8 herein, a member of management, through an affiliate, exercised an option to
acquire 10,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock by offsetting the $300,000 option price against
amounts owed by the Company
