He didn't play this perfectly. If anything he "lucked out". He originally went the OTCM route but that didn't seem to have worked out then he went the SEC route. Yes the SEC route is best for all concerned but I don't think that was his first choice. He HAD to go this route and we've been waiting for pink current for about five months now.

$GVSI's application to OTC Markets has now been submitted. The application was due by June 30th in order to ensure that disclosures could be reviewed by the September 28th deadline.
