The drop in AMC share price today is not due to hedge funds shorting, but rather appears to be just a normal selloff as folks realize the jig is up and there will not be another huge squeeze. Short interest has continued to fall of late and there are not enough shares sold short to generate any kind of significant squeeze. The only thing that has kept AMC shares propped up at inflated share prices has been the fictional spew and hype out of reddit and other social media and all of the laughable YouTube videos put out by amateur wannabe's.
