So much happens every day. And I often need a nap since I always get up too early. I can't recall the SPAC but it announced this morning it was dissolving and would close out at $10.31. So it does happen.

Shares of SPAC sponsored companies can open at 10 and go up but they can also fall below 10.

Appharvest (APPH) is an example.
