Keith Chutjian has a long, successful history in financial services with special emphasis on launching new technologies. Most recently, Mr. Chutjian co-founded Lava Trading Inc. in 1998, which provides banks with institutional software applications reflecting superior execution and order management capabilities. Lava was acquired by Citigroup in 2004. Prior to Lava, Mr. Chutjian was with Rockrimmon Securities from 1995 to 1998, first on its equity option trading desk on American Stock Exchange and then in launching that firm's electronic trading desk utilizing advanced electronic trading technologies. From 1990-1995 he administered the origination and sale of Ulster Savings Bank's New York Metropolitan Region loan portfolio. Mr. Chutjian started his career in the financial services sector
