Think about it...is Viston going to pay .59 per share for every share of dilution? 10 billion shares? 20 billion?

$PQEFF is fighting the hostile takeover by creating restricted or closely held shares. If $PQEFF creates enough shares, then Viston cannot buy 50% + 1 of the publicly-traded shares & gain a majority. Hostile takeover thwarted.
