I think that is very likely. And, if true, he can't publish a sign-off message indicating that to be the case, as it would be a tacit admission of liability. He just has to walk away.

That's a problem, as the high level of transparency (compared to other otcs, especially other shells) was the principal attraction of the Synergy shells.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
