I saw that last week. People wanting to write the new CEO and ask about why he was diluting. Only in the OTC do people feel like the CEO owes them an explanation. Those people dont know what they are talking about. There was no dilution. Just mad because they jumped in late and are holding bags. The millions of shares sold were longs who had been holding for years eager to get something out of it. We saw 2 flash rises in the pps over the years, just to have it come screaming back down. Longs were taking profit due to lack of faith. Not lack of faith in the new company but lack of faith that the pps would maintain. At the end of the day most of the OTC players are at best flippers, they destroy the pps on a run. Not blaming them, they gotta take profits, especially in the OTC.
