Maybe Management is waiting until they have signed solid orders before announcing to avoid any further criticism that many hear have leveled at them. Given their small size and deficit balance sheet it might be challenging to get a commercial customer especially one of the first to sign up. If the service offering is as useful to the customer as some purpose then there will no doubt be some risk taking “ early adopter” who might be willing to signup with a special deal to “try us”. No doubt if IGEN was a private company they might be able to raise capital with private equity or a SPAC at a higher valuation than just the current $6 million given the technology and optimistic outlook many here hold.
