How can you look at market caps now when you don’t know the post merger company nor the post merger share structure? Saying one is cheaper than the other by market cap premerger is like saying GVSI is a better buy now because it’s 1/4 the price of GOFF. You can’t really use either at this point. Plus GVSI is the only one with the pending name change at the moment.
