While I hope that part gets past I cannot support most of the rest of the bill and fear now it fails as the Progressive are trying to put the immigration part back in the was taken out by the Parliamentarian. Many of the programs will just balloon the deficit and will be extended once people are hooked on more dependency. At least the H2 part will help create jobs and less dependency unlike the conservation core which would be a tax drain and a cost and provide no revenue.
