Good grief. Now there is yet another mystery number. Where does your $2.25M come from?

This makes three bizarre numbers: $16M, $3M, and $2.25M. I have no idea what you are talking about or what these numbers are even supposed to mean, much less how they were computed.

Seems sort of like the 50M shares that were supposedly issued -- except the post left out the key fact that this was computed in pre-split shares.

Or how about all the shares that SURG "gave" to the CEO -- when in fact the shares were issued to convert the preferred shares (so no net impact on fully diluted share counts).

Well, I don't have time to do much more of this. Nor the inclination. I think the pattern is pretty clear.
