Also love how it states, “if rxair spin-off occurs.” As I have been saying, it’s not when, but if it even happens. Rx3000 has entered full scale production 2 or 3 times now according to the company, not a unit to be found anywhere. Not hard to believe sales amounts were so small - the units can’t be sold when they don’t actually produce units. Attempted stock manipulation by telling outright lies is criminal securities fraud on the part of Gregory rotman imo.

Tick tock tick tock. Lawsuits and criminal complaints are looming…long way to go pps wise to avoid it imo.
