In comparison my dream was more in touch with reality.



but until it is proven Pasaca Capital is no longer in the picture (and I am not talking about buying 51% of QMC) I am pretty happy with my reality.

Pasaca Capital

- wants the anti-counterfeiting technology
- wants the next generation in diagnostic testing
- has the money to back the research and development
- has a subsidiarity, Innova Medical Group to sell and distribute the next geberation of diagnostic tests
- has a partnership with a vaccine manufacturer, who can unitize the QMC's vac-chek
- has the worldwide connections to distribute QMC anti-counterfeiting technology
