Truth is- No one really knows what the OTC or even the SEC will do. They froze GPLs trading and the investigation can very well follow to HPIL. A bunch of people have filed SEC complaints on SB already for things like lying to investors on share buy back and him giving insider information to his “loyals” - The fact that SB and the Lawyer are intentionally lying and not disclosing the investigation on the filings and attorney letter won’t go over well.
