It’s not toxic death spiral financing at least like that s-1 was starting to be….they are getting $2.1ml in cash and have a note that converts at $1.25 but not until next summer and only if they default….they have 6 payment installments planned out starting next June and we should be pulling in big dough by then to Pay them with…. The lender does get 900k warrants that can be exercised at $1.50 price though…but I’m sure they want $3 at least to make some serious bank on them…they can also sell during an Uplist/IPo if they wish to uplist to Nasdaq soon..
