So much dumb FUD on this thread. Unreal. If you’ve read any of the filings you know that they had to raise the AS for the preferred B shares as part of the $20 million raise. The maturity is going to be a year or more out. But they can’t issue them without having shares available. Look at the terms , as of now. They’ve met all obligations and have a banging team. Everyone throwing their underwear in the fire over nothing is just pathetic. Understand what is happening and when the market corrects , so will the stock.
