Jps receive full par in the end. If more, it will come from court awarding extra $ to jps holders as penalty. JPS will receive their full par value from a free market once released from c-ship and no threats or leverage from further govt involvement. Full par will not come from dilution/conversion of or to existing common holders (true owners, along with jps, of FnF). Once released, holders of JPS will see their share value reach par from new "average joe" public wanting to buy back into these great companies. Like I said, any extra $ to JPS would come from court award.
Common shareholders will reach full par as well. Once released, and books are fixed back to how they should be, common will hit full par, same as JPS. You might be thinking "commons don't have par value! What is this looney toon talkin' 'bout?" Then I say this,

YEAH!, That's full par. Now depending on how it's valued by a free and fair market, who knows? $130 pps - $200 pps? Yeah, you read that right. More $, if at all, would come from court award. The JPS and common should both reach full value/par. Govt should pay damages.
Now, I am fully aware of where we currently stand, for both JPS and common, and price doesn't look too good. "Battles" have been lost, but the "war" isn't over. I am also aware that commons might be at more risk from a full-on corrupt, govt theft because as most will admit, yeah the books are cooked and if it stays exactly the way it is and allowed to stand. And continues the exact way you state, then yeah, we're toast. We know if they take it, then they took it. Pretty simple, it doesn't need repeating as if it's all over and dilution is commons' only outcome. It's not. We could get $4 or $200pps. You just seem eager and happy for us to get the $4, so you are right and we are poor and foolish for making a different decision. Where will it go? When will it happen? I don't know and I never said I did.
This isn't advice, JUST MY OPINION, and others have their opinions. That isn't the issue. Issue is my opinions are opinions/beliefs, and YES, just as achievable to come true as YOUR opinion. Difference is your's are framed as being next to a guarantee. As if it is as good as done. When it doesn't happen, it's excused by you and goal posts and reasoning is adjusted to fit your framework, your narrative.
Especially unethical when your voice, although not reaching the largest audience, still writes articles on platforms and outlets and reaches followers, only helping ensure your prediction. Even worse, at the cost of others. Because of what? bitterness you might be wrong? and/or jealousy from what that means if you are wrong?
Anything can happen. Look where we are today. Anything is possible. So guess what that means? ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
