hard to say but it might be possible with all the connection he have. Not unless if there is another "Occupy Wallstreet" to put on some real physical pressure like in 2008. The way how things are going now, everything is only mental pressuring and that wont go far in fixing anything. but then again the government also bail out the hedgefund in 2008 despite knowing about the illegal shorting and activity they been doing in the market.
