hi arizona1, and I also still think he was guilty of a weapons related violation. even if it were minor, it would make it clear to all those would-be militiamen that going into a riot situation armed is unlawful.

you know, if there had been any police on the scene, they could have easily decided used to shoot him as soon as he started firing the ar-15.
