So why would traders buy after earnings in the volume needed for those flipping to make money? They already know what to expect so the odds are better that they will be disappointed rather than pleasantly surprised. This is all without the added future selling pressure that LABRYS fund represents. $780K in conversions for just two notes that convert at twice the face value is a hell of a lot of dilution. Traders is the OTC have been in a foul mood in recent months so I doubt very seriously that there are a lot of PR chasers who haven't already bought in.
